Mother Road Recap:

The 2nd Annual Mother Road Open brought us an absolutely beautiful day for disc golf! Mild summer temps, free lunches, and so many sponsors that divisions got payout boosts made this an awesome tournament!

First and foremost a big thank you to our tournament hole sponsors! Hottest Round of the day was Corey Anderson MPO who shot a 1027 in Round 1, and ended up holding his lead to victory!

Two players in MA40 went into a playoff after a tie between Bruce Cunningham and Brad Phillpott. Brad Philpott ended up taking the win after one playoff hole. Congratulations on your victory, and what a great day of play for someone who hadn't played the course until the day of the tournament!

In MA50 went into a playoff after a tie between Jeff Ford and Troy Miesner. Troy claimed the win after just one playoff hole as well.

In MA2 Troy Miesner, son of MA50 winner, had an amazing noteworthy 120 foot up shot that skipped right into the basket to save par! Definitely a moment to celebrate!

mentioned at lunch, 1/2 of the raffle pot went to Roy and Julie Crouch to support their daughters recovery. $323 was given to Crouch family! Thank you all who helped!
